NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS OR SPECIAL ORDERS PERIOD.

All returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, contact Classic Custom Cycles and ask for an RMA number. The RMA number must be on the outside of
the box. Any item received without an RMA will be returned to the sender unopened. New, unused
items must be returned in their original packaging unless otherwise authorized. Warranty returns
should include all original hardware, instructions, etc.
A 25% restocking fee is applied on all returns and purchases.

Special Orders: If an item is not normally stocked, Classic Custom Cycles will order that item on a special order basis for our customers. Special orders are not normally returnable.
We ask that you be sure that the item is what you want before ordering.

CLAIMS: Claims for shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change due to manufacturer's price increases.
